A dynamically developing iGaming product that has been on the market for over 5 years. The team consists of 150+ people, and the business is actively growing and scaling into new markets.

Project: iGaming. However, we are also considering candidates from other niches — the main thing is that they have an understanding of the specifics or are ready to quickly get involved.

What to do: — Monitor brand mentions on social media, in the media, chats, and forums — Determine tonality, tag, and prioritize — Configure queries and filters in monitoring systems — Manually monitor platforms not covered by automation — Independently handle negative feedback: comments, chats, communities — Natively promote the brand and maintain a positive environment — Search for new platforms and place seeds — Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports

What's important: — Experience in ORM / SERM / Monitoring / Community Management — Understanding of social networks, forums, communities — Proficient written communication and native communication skills — Analytical thinking, attentiveness — Understanding of iGaming is a plus, but not required

Conditions: — Remote — Fixed salary discussed based on interview results and depending on your experience and expectations + KPI — Employment under a civil contract, paid vacation and sick leave — Compensation for sports, English courses, professional development, psychologist, and medical services
