Head of Finance

Head of Finance — Cyprus | Family Office (Development, Real Estate) #vacancy A Family Office focused on development is looking for a Head of Finance — a strategic partner for the CEO, Board of Directors, and shareholders, who will build and lead the company's financial function. 📍 Limassol, Cyprus | office, full-time | start ASAP

Key Responsibilities: — Budgeting, cash flow forecasting, quarterly Business Case, management reporting — Coordination of external audit and IFRS reporting — Financing structuring, negotiations with banks, financial models for investors — Preparation of materials for the Board of Directors — Implementation of KPI system and internal financial policies

Requirements: — Higher education in Finance/Accounting/Economics; ACCA/ACA/CPA/CFA is a plus — 8–10+ years in finance, with a significant portion in leadership positions — Experience in Real Estate, development, construction, or capital-intensive industries is a significant advantage — Strong FP&A, budgeting, corporate finance skills — Fluent English; Russian — native/fluent; Greek is a plus

We offer: — Compensation 5000–7000 EUR gross — Official employment (the company is registered in Cyprus and arranges work visas) — Benefits package for managerial positions: gasoline compensation €300–400/month, sports €70/month, training €600/year, lunches €20/day — 20 days of vacation according to Cypriot legislation — Prospect of Cypriot citizenship after 4 years of work — Preference for candidates already residing in Cyprus
