About Us
We are an IT company with a product ecosystem in Web3 and DeFi. We are working on forming a cross-product linkage of the following systems and projects: DEX, token, GameFi, educational platform, mempad, marketplace, and a number of new products under development.
We are looking for a Product Manager who has a deep understanding of matrix mechanics and knows how to make them understandable, transparent, and economically sustainable.
Requirements
What is important to us
- 3+ years in product management in Web3, DeFi, or GameFi products, of which at least 1.5 years — in MLM, matrix, or multi-level referral products.
- Experience in modeling reward economies in spreadsheets and conducting stress tests.
- Experience working with product metrics and development teams.
- Experience interacting with communities and partner network leaders.
Will be a plus
- Understanding of smart contracts and wallets at a product level.
- Experience with antifraud in referral systems.
- English from B1.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing
- Developing Web3, GameFi, DeFi matrix products for a developed crypto community.
- Managing the backlog, preparing PRDs and user stories with an analyst and the development team.
- Designing the participant's journey — from entry to growth within the structure, including onboarding and working with leaders.
- Tracking metrics: activation, retention by cohorts and levels, correctness of accruals.
- Providing product support for migrating products to Solana and integrating with other ecosystem products.
- Communicating with participants and network leaders and turning feedback into improvements.
- Managing the financial model of the reward system and conducting stress tests before implementing changes.
- Developing a marketing plan: levels, matrices, qualifications, ranks, bonuses — in such a way that it is understandable to the participant and sustainable for the ecosystem.
