Commercial Partnerships Manager!

We are looking for an autonomous road warrior to become the face of Garna - our rapidly scaling division within the Mediacube ecosystem that empowers digital projects and creators worldwide giving you full freedom to dominate European tech events, run cold outbound campaigns, and drive revenue without any micromanagement or bureaucratic roadblocks.

What are you going to do?

1. You will travel extensively to European tech conferences and meetups to hunt down targeted leads and close high-value deals offline;
2. You will independently generate a consistent outbound pipeline through cold outreach to stay productive between business trips;
3. You will own the entire sales cycle from the first handshake at an afterparty to contract signing and smooth account handover;
4. You will bring back vital market feedback to help our product team continuously elevate our solutions.

You are perfect for us if:

1. You effortlessly read the room and tailor your live pitch to a stranger's immediate business pain points during fast-paced networking events;
2. You treat flight delays and back-to-back networking sessions as energizing challenges rather than stressful hurdles;
3. You manage your own pipeline and travel logistics autonomously without needing anyone to hold your hand;
4. You demonstrate extreme psychological resilience and treat inevitable cold sales rejections as valuable data points;
5. You bring two to three years of proven business development experience within the digital, fintech, SaaS, or creator economy spaces;
6. You speak and negotiate in fluent English and ideally know other European languages to easily connect with diverse targets;
7. You know how to successfully close cold outbound deals and maintain strict CRM discipline so no lead ever gets lost.
