In connection with the creation of a project to implement 1C:ERP in the enterprises of the "Agrosila" holding company, we invite you to apply for the position of 1C:ERP Business Analyst.
What will you be doing?
- Participating in a project to transfer "Agrosila" holding companies to 1C:ERP;
- Gathering and documenting requirements from business units;
- Analyzing processes and proposing solutions based on 1C:ERP;
- Preparing technical specifications for the development team;
- Testing developments and supporting solution launches;
- Preparing instructions and conducting user training on working with 1C:ERP.
Our expectations for the candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst / system analyst / methodologist in regulated and tax accounting;
- Experience with 1C:UPP, 1C:ERP configurations;
- Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting at a methodologist level;
- Understanding of ERP 2.5 system settings for RASB (Russian Accounting Standards);
- Knowledge of the procedure for forming accounting documents for income and expenses;
- Experience in supporting "month-end closing" and "financial result calculation" processes;
- Experience in modeling different accounting processes and demonstrating them to the client;
- Skills in describing business processes and technical requirements;
- High productivity, ability to solve assigned tasks quickly and efficiently;
- Willingness to grow and learn;
- Personal qualities: active life position, communication skills, responsibility, stress resistance, self-organization, initiative, systemic thinking.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience participating in 1C:ERP implementation projects;
- Knowledge of accounting, production, logistics, or finance;
- Experience in creating instructions for mass users;
- Possession of 1C certificates.
