About Us**

We are a business process automation agency in Perm. We help companies eliminate manual employee work: we connect disparate systems (CRM, cash registers, ERP, 1C, corporate databases), automate reporting, document flow, and order and deal processing. We work with businesses across Russia.

When a client lacks a suitable system – we develop our own for their processes. When they have one – we integrate automation into the existing landscape.

We are in the startup phase: we have initial clients, refined processes, and a clear growth strategy.

What You'll Do

• Develop business process automation systems: integrations between CRM, cash registers, ERP, 1C, corporate databases, and external services.
• Create custom systems and web interfaces for clients who don't have a ready-made solution (FastAPI + PostgreSQL).
• Configure automation scenarios, connect them with custom code.
• Automate the collection and processing of reports, document flow, and data transfer between systems.
• Develop bots for Telegram, MAX, VKontakte.
• Implement LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, YandexGPT, GigaChat) for intelligent data processing and client interaction.
• Deploy solutions on VPS (Docker), set up monitoring and logging.
• Backend for sites and web applications: design and develop REST APIs on FastAPI (frontend - React).
• Maintain project documentation in Google services and Pyrus.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of commercial Python development experience.
• FastAPI or another async framework: asyncio, Pydantic, dependency injection.
• PostgreSQL: schema design, SQLAlchemy, migrations via Alembic, understanding query plans.
• Integrations with external HTTP APIs: authorization, webhooks, error handling, and retries.
• Testing skills (pytest).
• Basic Linux, Docker, ability to deploy projects on VPS, confident Git usage.

AI Tools in Our Workflow

• Our team actively uses Claude Code, Cursor, and other AI assistants to accelerate development – this is part of our work culture. We pay for subscriptions to these tools and train the team to use them effectively.
• If you already have experience with any AI assistants for development – great, tell us about it in your cover letter. If you don't have experience but are interested in learning – that's also good, we'll help and show you how we work with them.

The main thing is openness to new tools and a desire for professional growth.

Conditions

• 75,000 – 110,000 ₽ net (depending on level and interview results).
• Office in the center of Perm, small team.
• Schedule 5/2, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Paid subscriptions to Claude / Cursor and other work tools.
• Paid courses and professional development materials.
• Employment contract.
