About the company Ayni Gold is an international Web3 project combining gold mining and blockchain technologies. Users gain access to the gold mining economy through tokenization of capacities and staking with real payouts in PAXG. The project is in a phase of active growth: product scaling, transition to Gold Unit (NFT)/vault model, launch of a mobile application, and expansion of the retail funnel.
▪️ Key Responsibilities ▫️ Tracking and Events: Audit and development of analytics in PostHog, tracking plan (event taxonomy, naming, QA), key events — payment failures, abandon, provider attribution ▫️ Funnels and Cohorts: signup → deposit → stake → claim → reinvest; retention, LTV, reinvestment rate ▫️ Experiments: A/B tests on small samples, impact assessment of product solutions ▫️ On-chain and Marketing: Linking product data with on-chain (holders, TVL, payouts), CAC, payback, ROI by channels ▫️ Reporting and Product Partnership: dashboards, weekly reporting, ad-hoc analyses for CPO, participation in product decisions (including Gold Unit (NFT)/vault model)
▪️ What we expect from you ▫️ 3–5 years in product analytics (fintech / crypto / e-com / investment) ▫️ Experience building analytics from scratch or active role in a complete system overhaul ▫️ Proficient SQL ▫️ Amplitude / Mixpanel / PostHog / GA4 ▫️ Dashboards: Metabase / Looker / Tableau / Superset ▫️ Understanding of A/B testing on small samples ▫️ Experience working with incomplete/dirty data ▫️ English B2+ (documentation and calls)
▪️ Will be a plus ▫️ Web3 / DeFi / on-chain analytics (Dune, Flipside) ▫️ Staking / yield / vault / RWA products ▫️ Early-stage startups ▫️ Marketing analytics (attribution, channel ROI)
