Content Management:

• Manage the social media editorial calendar to ensure content is posted on time, with correct copy, hashtags, and formats
• Post daily Instagram Stories, TikToks, LinkedIn updates
• Track content performance and provide feedback for optimization

Social Listening & Trend Analysis:

• Monitor social media trends, viral content, and emerging platforms
• Participate in weekly syncs to identify content opportunities, highlight trends, and suggest video ideas

Reporting & Insights:

• Generate monthly reports on growth, community sentiment, engagement metrics, and notable trends
• Provide actionable insights to the marketing and content teams to drive strategy

We’re looking for someone with the following skills and qualities:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts and online communities (preferably across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write engaging, thoughtful, and on-brand copy
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple platforms and deadlines simultaneously
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and community-building strategies
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g.,Manychat, Notion, Social, Later, or similar)
• A passion for online communities, creators, and digital content
