ABOUT US: We are one of the largest and strongest creative agencies in Central Asia (consistently in the TOP-3). We are looking for an experienced, curious, and energetic Copywriter to join our team. We don't have conveyor-belt routine — we come up with bold ideas, create resonant campaigns, and develop a strong professional culture.

TASKS: • Generate creative frameworks, strong ideas, and concepts for key brands and projects. • Write vivid, precise, and effective texts in any format (manifestos, scripts, slogans, special projects, SMM, longreads). • Collaborate closely with designers and art directors at all stages — from concept to implementation. • Present and defend your solutions within the team and to clients.

REQUIREMENTS: • We are looking for a curious creator: For us, curiosity is the main driving force. You genuinely want to try new things, dig deeper, and find non-standard solutions for business tasks. • Middle+ / Senior level specialist: You already know how to generate strong concepts, write fluently in various formats, and are ready to elaborate on details to perfection. • Master of words: The primary working language is Russian (perfectly fluent). Fluent Kazakh will be a huge plus, as it will allow you to write texts independently without translators. English will be a pleasant addition to your resume. • Team player: You will be paired with designers, art directors, and about 20+ other talented colleagues within the creative unit.

CONDITIONS: • Income: 700,000 – 800,000 ₸ net. • Annual bonus: An end-of-year bonus is provided. • Official employment: According to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan from day 1 (probationary period — 3 months), all deductions and social package included. • Office, schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00 – 19:00.
