🏢 About the client: a large fintech company (finance and technology industry) 🧩 About the project: Development of an intelligent decision support system for monitoring deviations in business processes, digitizing models, and analyzing digital footprints

🎯 Responsibilities — Collection and preparation of business requirements and process description — Description of IT system data models (down to entity attributes) — Design of user interfaces and UX diagrams — Application of functional, information, and process modeling methodologies — Application of approaches to designing and integrating enterprise solutions — Writing test scenarios and participating in their automation — Team development using Confluence and Jira

🛠️ Hard Skills Requirements — Higher education — Experience as a system analyst for at least 5 years from 2018 to the present on projects for developing and/or modifying and/or implementing systems using Java and/or Javascript — Experience in in-depth use of AI in work (working with AI agents, knowledge of MCP) — Experience applying modeling methodologies in all specified notations: eEPC, BPMN, UML — Experience applying all approaches to designing and integrating enterprise solutions: SOA, SOAP, MQ, client-server architecture, web services — Experience working in both cascade (waterfall) and agile methodologies (Agile and/or DevOps and/or Scrum)
