Product Operations Manager

A product IT company that develops and supports high-load projects for large, including world-renowned companies, primarily B2B solutions in the entertainment, gaming, and sports sectors, is looking for a Product Operations Manager (Junior+/ Middle).

Responsibilities:

• Support 1-2 GEOs with a gradual expansion of responsibility
• Coordinate tasks with PSP managers
• Support product initiatives (tests, mind mapping, presets, local changes)
• Monitor task completion and follow-up
• Prepare data and basic market analytics

• Experience interacting with product and operational teams
• Understanding of product metrics (conversion, funnel, retention)
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Structured approach to tasks
• Ability to see tasks through to completion
