RESPONSIBILITIES: • Find bloggers in AI, tech, business, and education niches (YouTube, TG, VK, Rutube, Yandex Zen). • Make dozens of contacts per week and bring them to integration. • Follow up with those who haven't responded, don't give up after the first message. • Scale our blogger affiliate program. • Maintain a database and track ROI.

REQUIREMENTS: • You achieve results, and silence and rejection are normal for you. • You maintain a high pace and don't lose contacts. • You write in a way that gets responses. • You understand the economics of integrations: reach, promo codes, ROI. • Do you give up after 'they didn't reply'? That's not for us.

CONDITIONS: • Income from 55,000 RUB + performance bonuses, no ceiling. Strong performers earn 120,000 - 180,000 RUB. • Remote work, minimal bureaucracy, direct access to the founder. • Growth to Head of Department.
