Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience
• Deep practical experience with pure Asterisk
• Experience in building and maintaining fintech VoIP systems
• Confident understanding of SIP, RTP, NAT, QoS
• Experience with SIP trunks
• IVR configuration, Queues, skill-based routing, overflow, fallback
• Experience in call recording and working with CDR / CEL
• Linux (RHEL/Debian), working with production servers
• Experience in recording and analyzing dumps, ability to work with Wireshark, Sngrep, Homer

Responsibilities:

• Support and development of the telephone platform for the fintech service
• Ensuring stable operation of the telephony complex
• Configuration and support of:
  • IVR
  • automatic dialing services
  • operator queues
  • call routing based on business logic
• Integration of Asterisk with internal systems (CRM, backend, billing)
• Ensuring fault tolerance and minimal downtime
• Monitoring of call quality, SLA, ASR, ACD
• Analysis and elimination of communication problems and delays
• Optimization of load and system scaling
• Updating and modernization of existing VoIP infrastructure
• Documentation of call flows, routing schemes, and integrations
• Cooperation with backend, support, and security teams

Conditions:

$2500, remote, schedule 10 AM - 7 PM Kyiv time
