The Operational Projects Launch Block at the Manzherok All-Season Resort is responsible for developing and implementing solutions to improve the guest experience.*
Our direction is new, we are still defining the process and vector of work. Plans include the creation of new venues, recreational spaces, AI services, and viral attractions at the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project development and management: goals, roadmap, metrics, quality control;
- Presenting projects to management, approval, refinement;
- Working with suppliers: search, selection, negotiations, implementation control;
- Engaging related departments and specialists;
- On-site project implementation control.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Higher education (architecture/construction/management);
Will be a plus:
- Experience in hospitality and entertainment, including frontline positions;
- Risk management and working in uncertain conditions skills;
- Experience working with large contractors;
- Experience conducting product research.
