Web Analyst

We are a team with over 20 years of experience in creating digital solutions for the largest companies in Russia and leading international brands. Our product includes complex web services, high-load corporate resources, and unique IR websites.

We are currently looking for a web analyst with a love for detail and healthy perfectionism. In this role, you will analyze corporate and investor websites, track the effectiveness of user scenarios, and help the team make data-driven decisions. It is important for us to find a specialist who can not only collect metrics but also understand the reasons behind them, identify growth opportunities, and propose business-understandable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Website analysis: subject matter, functionality, tools, competitors, queries. Identifying growth and development opportunities, trends.
• Assisting in the preparation of commercial proposals, pre-sale audits, and sales presentations in collaboration with managers, designers, and the team.
• Supporting managers in client communications, assisting in preparing answers to questions, finding references, defining positions, and formulating responses.
• Participating in client meetings: presenting solutions, justifying proposals, providing expert support to colleagues.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in web analytics: website, traffic, SEO, content, and topic analysis.
• Experience with statistics systems.
• Ability to work with Webmaster and Google Search Console.
• Knowledge of basic regulatory requirements for digital products and advertising.
• Willingness to understand functionality (e.g., investor tools).

Will be a plus

• Experience working in agencies with related subject matter.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher (reading instructions, viewing foreign practices in the original).
• Knowledge in finance and business.
