Position: Sales Manager (Fintech / iGaming) Location: Limassol, Cyprus Format: office / hybrid

About the company: An international fintech company operating in the high-risk segment and the iGaming industry. The main focus is on payment infrastructure, crypto/payments solutions, and working with gambling clients.

Responsibilities:

• Development and monetization of existing contact network in iGaming
• Search and attraction of new B2B clients
• Sale of fintech / crypto / payment solutions
• Building and developing partner relationships
• Participation in local events and networking events
• Conducting negotiations and supporting deals
• Performance-driven work and revenue growth

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales
• Work experience in iGaming / gambling
• Understanding of fintech / crypto / payment infrastructure
• Having a local network in Cyprus will be a big plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ukrainian or Russian - required
• English - working level

Candidates without experience in iGaming / gambling will not be considered.

Conditions:

• Office / hybrid work format
• Fixed salary + bonus system
• 5–10% of deals
• Long-term bonus model
