Yandex Real Estate The service helps millions of users choose, buy, or rent housing. We use machine learning to create smart ranking algorithms, real estate valuation, and fraud protection. Within the classifieds, we distinguish streams: B2C, B2B, and Selection.

Yandex Rent A service that helps rent out and rent apartments online. Areas: CRM integration, fintech services, organization of operational activities, electronic document management.

Yandex Travel We are developing a fault-tolerant microservice architecture in a complex domain. We write a lot of business logic and work with partner integrations.

Yandex Search (Real Estate) We are building a technologically powerful and accurate search aggregator for real estate on the market.

Fintech (Split, Saves, Pay)

• Split: Working with high loads (15,000 - 30,000 RPS), developing products in Russia and abroad.
• Saves: Savings products (accounts, deposits). PostgreSQL, YDB, Kafka, STQ. Load ~3,000 RPS.
• Pay: Card lifecycle management, transaction processing. Java 24, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Kafka, PostgreSQL 17. Load >10,000 RPS.
• Yandex ID: Access infrastructure for millions of users, API security.

Yandex Crowd Development of IT platforms for collecting offline data and datasets for training neural networks. Microservices on Java and Kotlin. Stack: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, YDB, Redis, Clickhouse, YTsaurus.

HR-Tech Personnel management, budgeting, compensation, talent development services, and the 'Contest' competition platform.

Yandex Education Creating new approaches in IT education for children and adults.
