Responsibilities: • The platform processes tens of millions of dollars in donations monthly; • Works with enterprise non-profits in North America, the UK, Australia, and Europe; • Clients include UNICEF and Alzheimer’s Association; • A distributed product team of 160+ specialists, including 80+ engineers.
🕸 Requirements: • Experience leading engineering operations or TPM at an organizational level: work rhythms, planning, and cross-team coordination; • Experience bringing ambiguous cross-team initiatives to fruition through influence without direct authority; • Ability to transform complex raw information into concise materials for leadership and decision-making; • English C1+ and Russian for internal and external technical communications.
