Starplay Games is a young independent gamedev company, we are 55 people and we make games that have been played by over 100 million people. We value the freedom and creativity of our team: we have no bureaucracy, decisions are made quickly, and everyone can express themselves freely.
The main genres of our projects are action. One of the main games is the mobile superhero action Spider Fighter 3. But we are not stopping, and are now working on two new projects.
Now we are looking for a Community Manager to join our team!

You are a good fit for us if you have:
- Love for games and a broad outlook in the industry 🎮
- Experience in briefing tasks for creative production (visuals, video, texts);
- Experience in managing social media (Facebook, Instagram, Discord, TikTok, etc.) - both commercial projects and personal blogs. Managing indie projects will be a plus;
- Strong planning skills;
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues;
- High-level English: fluent understanding of context, writing articles and posts in English;
- It will be a bonus if you can do something yourself: record gameplay, edit a video, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the project's social media: from announcements to daily communication with players;
- Collect and structure ideas and suggestions from players;
- Identify player problems and "pains" to help the team solve them;
- Set tasks for creative production (banners, posts, videos);
- Work on increasing audience engagement and activity.
