Social Media Manager
Format: remote
Employment: part-time or full-time (negotiable)
Project: mobile applications (iOS/Android)
Role Objective: growth of installations and retention through content
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts on Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, etc.
- Create content plans: sections, schedules, hypotheses, tone of voice
- Create and publish content: posts, stories, reels/shorts, simple creatives
- Ability to quickly assemble a content production line without losing quality
- Work with the community: responses, engagement, moderation
- Test hypotheses, scale what works
- Work with attribution tools (AppsFlyer)
- Understand tracking links, events, deep links, basic analytics structure
- Build reporting and draw conclusions: what we do, why, what to change next
- Design and improve funnels
- Manage install funnels: tests, iterations, conversion control
- Understand how to link content and advertising into a single growth system
Requirements:
- Experience in managing social media: Instagram / Facebook / X / TikTok and others
- Experience with attribution tools and understanding of mobile analytics
- Ability to create content (a lot and quickly)
- Experience using AI tools for content and creatives
- Experience building and managing install funnels
- English at the level of business correspondence
Will be an advantage:
- Experience running social media ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads), experience with Google Ads
- Experience promoting mobile applications (especially subscription / ads-based)
- Understanding of ASO and the connection between ASO + paid traffic
- Experience with A/B testing creatives, store listings, landing pages
