SMM / Performance Marketing Manager

Project: mobile applications (iOS/Android)
Role Goal: growth of installations and retention through content
What needs to be done:
- Manage accounts on Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, etc.
- Create a content plan: content pillars, schedule, hypotheses, tone of voice
- Create and publish content: posts, stories, reels/shorts, simple creatives
- Be able to create a fast "content conveyor belt" without losing quality
- Work with the community: responses, engagement, moderation
- Launch and optimize advertising campaigns: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads (if necessary), Google Ads (UAC/Search/Display/YouTube)
- Test hypotheses, scale what works
- Work with attribution tools (AppsFlyer)
- Understand tracking links, events, deep links, basic analytics structure
- Build reporting and draw conclusions: what we do, why, what changes next
- Design and improve funnels
- Manage installation funnels: tests, iterations, conversion control
- Understand how to connect content and advertising into a single growth system
Requirements:
- Experience managing social media: Instagram / Facebook / X / TikTok and others
- Experience launching social media advertising, experience with Google Ads
- Experience with attribution tools and understanding of mobile analytics
- Ability to create content
- Experience using AI tools for content and creatives
- Experience building and managing installation funnels
- English at the level of working correspondence
Will be a plus:
- Experience promoting mobile applications (especially subscription / ads-based)
- Understanding of ASO and the connection between ASO + paid traffic
- Experience with A/B testing of creatives, store listings, landing pages
