Senior AI / R&D Engineer

We are looking for a self-reliant** Senior AI / R&D Engineer** who knows how to turn business tasks into working AI solutions, MVPs, and prototypes. We need a specialist at the intersection of development, analytics, architecture, and business — someone who not only researches technologies but also applies them to solve specific problems.

Responsibilities: ▫️Analyze business tasks together with stakeholders and clarify requirements. ▫️Design AI solutions, automations, and prototypes for business cases. ▫️Create prompts, AI agents, workflows, and data processing chains. ▫️Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, development, and prototyping. ▫️Quickly build MVPs, interfaces, services, and demonstration applications. ▫️Work with workflow platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, Node-RED, or similar). ▫️Integrate solutions with APIs, internal and external services. ▫️Evaluate the technical feasibility of ideas and bring tasks to a working result.

Requirements: ▫️Practical experience with AI tools, LLMs, prompts, AI agents, and AI automation. ▫️Experience in creating MVPs, prototypes, or internal digital products. ▫️Understanding of AI-assisted development. ▫️Development experience (preferably multiple stacks): JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, React, Vue, or similar technologies. ▫️Experience with APIs, integrations, frontend/backend. ▫️Understanding of application architecture, data, services, and security. ▫️Experience interacting with business clients, product teams, or process owners. ▫️Independence, systematic thinking, and results orientation.

Will be a plus: ▫️Experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems. ▫️Experience implementing LLMs in corporate processes. ▫️Experience in business process automation and working with low-code/no-code platforms. ▫️Experience in roles such as R&D Engineer, Solution Engineer, Product Engineer, or Technical Lead.
