✨In short, this is a role for a person who will help develop international mobility processes, support employee relocation, and build a high-quality service for business and HR teams in a large international company :)
❗️Important: we consider candidates worldwide (except RF/RB). Employment depends on the country of residence: service agreement / B2B / crypto or employment contract.
📌 Key tasks:
- supporting employees at all stages of the relocation process.
- consulting employees, HR teams, and business on relocation and international mobility issues.
- coordinating complex and non-standard relocation cases.
- interacting with immigration and relocation providers, monitoring deadlines, service quality, and SLAs.
- participating in the development of relocation packages, internal policies, and materials.
- optimizing Global Mobility processes and participating in the launch of new countries and programs.
📌 What we expect from you:
- experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, Relocation, People Operations, international HR function, or the travel industry (a great opportunity for those who have long wanted to move into IT and apply their experience in an international environment).
- understanding of migration processes in several countries.
- experience working with external contractors and providers.
- project management skills, proactivity, and a fast-paced work style.
- English language from B2.
