The path for masters is open.
If you know how to turn complex interfaces into understandable ones, aren't afraid of tables with 100 columns, know the difference between "beautiful" and "convenient", and Figma opens for you before the browser – we have something to talk about.
The work is important. It will be very useful. Some screens users will see every day, so they need to be made not only beautifully but also thoughtfully.
What you will be doing:
- Designing interfaces for web applications and internal corporate systems.
- Thinking through user scenarios and interaction logic.
- Working with forms, tables, filters, modal windows, and complex interfaces.
- Creating UI components and pages within the design system.
- Maintaining interface consistency and developing existing patterns.
- Conducting design reviews and improving existing solutions.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and concepts for new sections.
- Interacting with developers and considering layout limitations.
- Using AI tools to speed up work and find solutions.
What's important to know:
- Confidently work in Figma.
- Design UX, not just draw beautiful mockups.
- Understand user paths, interface states, errors, hints, and interaction logic.
- Master the principles of UI design: grids, composition, typography, visual hierarchy, components.
- Work with design systems and component-based approach.
- Understand the basics of HTML and CSS.
- Understand how modern layout works: Flexbox, Grid, responsiveness.
- Be able to justify decisions through user convenience, not through "I like it this way".
Will be a big plus:
- Experience with complex B2B services, CRM, ERP, or internal systems.
- Skills in creating interactive prototypes and animations.
- Ability to edit short training or demonstration videos.
- Skills in working with vector and raster graphics.
- Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Figma Make, and other AI tools in daily work.
- Basic understanding of Git.
Tools
Required:
- Figma
- HTML / CSS (at a confident understanding level)
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Figma Make, and similar)
Will be a plus:
- After Effects, Principle, ProtoPie
- Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut
- Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer
- Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Photo
What we'd like to see in your application:
- Portfolio with real interfaces.
- A few words about the projects you are proud of.
- And write in your cover letter that you are a "figmamaster" – we'll know that the vacancy was read carefully.
We won't hide it: yesterday would have been ideal. But today will also work.
