ArtDock team is looking for a strong Lead Game Designer / Team Lead for our ambitious game projects. If you know how to not only create cool game worlds but also lead a development team to a great result, we are waiting for you!

📌 Main Requirement: Possession of a passport or a valid Cyprus residence permit (with the right to work).

Tasks to be solved:

Combine the roles of lead game designer and team lead.

Organize and control the daily operational processes of the studio and development.

Manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure financial discipline.

Participate in the strategic planning of the studio's development and prepare reports for the CEO.

Represent the studio's interests in external meetings related to production and operations.

What we expect from the candidate:

Experience in similar positions for 5+ years.

Team management skills, understanding of the full game production cycle.

The working language in the studio is Russian, but English is required at a confident correspondence level (without a translator).

Readiness to work hard for results together with a team of like-minded people.

Conditions:

Format: Office only in Cyprus (Full-time).

Employment: Official.
