Rich Mind is a team of 100+ specialists with over 5 years of experience in traffic arbitrage. Our main verticals are Crypto and Gambling. The primary traffic source is Facebook Ads.

During this time, we have built a full-fledged infrastructure around media buying: our own farms, a promo department, analytics, BizDev, a technical team, and other internal functions. This allows us to quickly launch new directions, test hypotheses, and scale working strategies.

We are now launching a new direction within Crypto and are looking for a strong Google Ads Media Buyer to help build it from scratch and become one of the key people in the development of this source.

*We are looking for an independent specialist who understands how Google Ads works in high-risk verticals, knows how to find solutions under restrictions, and is ready to take responsibility for the results.

*️⃣Your tasks:

• Develop the Google Ads direction within the Crypto vertical;
• Build infrastructure for launching and scaling traffic;
• Launch, test, and scale UAC and Demand Gen campaigns;
• Generate and test new hypotheses;
• Analyze the funnel and identify growth points;
• Work with creatives, consumables, and analytics;
• Interact with designers, analysts, BizDev, and the technical team;
• Work with partners and internal teams to achieve overall results.

*️⃣What is important to us in a candidate:

• From 3 years of experience as a Media Buyer / User Acquisition Manager;
• From 2 years of practical experience with Google Ads;
• Experience launching and scaling UAC and Demand Gen campaigns;
• Proven cases;
• Latest relevant experience with Google Ads no more than 6 months ago;
• Experience in Crypto, Gambling, or other high-risk verticals;
• Personal experience managing advertising budgets of $100,000+ per month;
• Good understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem and algorithm principles;
• Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, or similar solutions;
• Understanding of infrastructure, tracking, moderation, and bypassing restrictions;
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to work.

*️⃣Will be a big plus:

• Experience with Search and GDN;
• Experience launching mobile applications;
• Experience building infrastructure from scratch;
• Experience with Tableau or other BI tools;
• Experience with Keitaro.
