Description

Looking for a Product Manager/Product Owner to launch a new product line.

We need a specialist with experience launching a product or a new market from scratch: from idea and initial hypotheses to market entry and monetization.

Relevant experience: • WhatsApp Business API and messaging • CRM/WhatsApp-first CRM • Conversational commerce and chatbots • Customer Support/CX platforms • omnichannel communications and contact centers

Experience with WhatsApp Business API would be a plus: BSP, templates, moderation, Meta pricing, integrations, and launch specifics. Also, experience with products at the intersection of CRM, messengers, and communication automation.
