**We are looking for a specialist to manage and control the operation of a customer support AI bot. This position combines customer service tasks with working with modern AI tools. The main responsibilities include processing user requests, configuring and improving the bot's performance, and escalating non-standard cases to responsible specialists. **No programming experience required.
Responsibilities Control the operation of the AI support bot. Process and monitor customer inquiries. Configure and adjust the bot's behavior. Analyze the quality of responses and identify problematic scenarios. Escalate complex or non-standard requests. Work with AI tools and documentation. ** **Requirements **English language proficiency - B1 or higher. Ability to work with English-language documentation. Confident use of modern digital tools. Fast learner with an interest in technology. **Practical experience using at least one of the following tools: ChatGPT / OpenAI GPT; Claude Desktop / Claude CLI; Codex; other modern AI assistants.
Will be an advantage **Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or SEO. Technical education (programming, engineering, applied mathematics, etc.). Experience in the technical or IT field. Experience working with AI tools. Experience in customer support. Interest in artificial intelligence and automation technologies. Basic understanding of AI concepts. Understanding the concept of skills in AI tools. Understanding model context and its impact on AI responses.
