Main tasks:
- Analysis and documentation: collecting, systematizing, and analyzing business requirements from internal customers; writing technical specifications for development
- Development: technical documentation, project documentation, user manuals, support articles
- IT processes: monitoring Incident management, Ticket management, Problem management, Change management
- Management of small systems and products: developing a system improvement plan, monitoring performance and quality
- Participation in projects: developing plans, tracking deadlines, and coordinating participants' work
- Business process modeling

- Higher or incomplete higher education in IT
- Knowledge in the field of IT, business analysis, project management
- Ability to work with a large volume of information and approach its processing systematically
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Communication skills, responsibility, eagerness to learn
