🚀 We’re hiring a Product Designer for a new B2B fintech team at Plata. We’re building a banking platform for businesses in Mexico from scratch — operational financial products with complex logic, client types and permissions. This role is a good fit if you:

• have experience designing complex B2B or fintech products • have strong experience designing both web and mobile products • understand native platform patterns and UX conventions across iOS, Android, and web • enjoy solving workflow and systems problems, not just polishing UI • think deeply about permissions, states, edge cases, and operational flows • can simplify complicated financial or operational processes • are comfortable working closely with PMs, engineers, analysts, and data • care about product logic and scalability as much as visual quality • can own ambiguous problems end-to-end

We’re looking for someone product-minded, structured, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in complexity.
