🔥 Windows DevOps Engineer (Middle) | Cyprus / Serbia | Relocation We are looking for a Windows DevOps Engineer for an international product IT company that develops high-load backend services. This is not office IT or user support. The team is responsible for large-scale production infrastructure: thousands of services, hundreds of servers, on-prem + cloud. 📍 Location: Cyprus 🏢 Format: office ✈️ Relocation: provided 📄 Employment: Cyprus Labor Code

Stack: Windows / Active Directory, PowerShell, Ansible/AWX, GitLab CI, TeamCity, HashiCorp Nomad, Vault, Consul, Nexus/Artifactory, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch.

Responsibilities: — Develop and maintain CI/CD on GitLab CI and TeamCity; — Automate deployment and configuration management via Ansible/AWX; — Develop and operate HashiCorp Nomad, integrations with Consul/Vault; — Support Windows infrastructure, AD, IIS, Kestrel, and Windows Services; — Work with Vault/Consul, Nexus/Artifactory; — Develop monitoring, logging, and observability; — Participate in releases and infrastructure changes; — Analyze production incidents, conduct postmortems, and eliminate root causes of problems; — Improve fault tolerance and standardize infrastructure.

Requirements: 🔹 Strong experience with Windows Infrastructure + Active Directory; 🔹 Confident PowerShell at a production level; 🔹 Experience in building and supporting CI/CD; 🔹 Practical experience with HashiCorp Nomad; 🔹 Ansible and IaC approaches; 🔹 Understanding of PKI and working with certificates; 🔹 Experience building .NET applications — MSBuild / dotnet build / NuGet; 🔹 Understanding of containerization, virtualization, and Hyper-V; 🔹 Experience with monitoring and logging: Grafana, Zabbix, ELK/OpenSearch; 🔹 Ability to diagnose problems at the infrastructure, OS, and pipeline levels; 🔹 Basic Linux.

Will be a plus: C# / Go, OpenTelemetry, AWX, k3s/k8s, AD Tier model, and experience with high-load backend services.
