Vacancy: Technical Implementation Specialist (Presale + Business Analyst)
Salary Range: up to 100,000 RUB/month

We are creating a corporate web portal with AI to automate document workflows (contracts, commercial offers, resumes, reports, invoices). We are currently in the stage of first client pilots and are looking for a technical specialist who will handle the entire technical aspect of the deal: from demonstration to working implementation and post-sale support.
Responsibilities:
- Deep product knowledge: architecture (cloud / client servers), AI tools, integrations, real capabilities, and limitations to conduct technical dialogue with the client's IT head.
- Participate in sales: joint meetings with the manager, product presentation, answering technical questions, demonstrating capabilities.
- Prepare a demonstration using client data within 1-2 business days: configure the portal with their real documents and show the result (key stage of the deal).
- Analyze client business processes using the "input → process → output" methodology and formulate what can be automated.
- Implement the product: deploy the portal, connect sources (1C, Bitrix24, amoCRM, email, corporate drive, Confluence/Jira), configure task types and schedules, train the client's team.
- Provide post-sale support: consult on operation, diagnose using logs, refine templates, ensure continuity of work.
- Arduously distinguish between "it already works" and "we will configure it for you" - this is our principle, not a wish.
Requirements:
- Experience in system/business analysis, presale, or implementation of corporate software for at least 2 years.
- Ability to break down someone else's work process into components and formulate technical requirements.
- Technical literacy: understanding of REST API, file formats, integration architecture.
- Ability to read logs and fix script connectors (Python / Bash is a plus).
- Understanding of corporate systems as data sources (1C, CRM, email, knowledge bases, trackers) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills: confidently speak with both the technical director and line employees.
- Skill in conducting demonstrations and technical calls.
- Honesty in assessments - do not promise what is not achievable.
- Basic understanding of AI tools or a clear willingness to quickly learn them.
