Tasks:

• Development and evolution of backend components of the product.
• Architectural design and development of the server-side of the system.
• Leadership of the backend development team.
• Conducting code reviews, controlling code quality and adherence to engineering standards.
• Participation in task estimation, sprint planning, and technical debt management.
• Development and implementation of solutions to improve system performance, stability, and scalability.
• Participation in the design and implementation of new functional modules.
• Preparation and updating of technical documentation.
• Interaction with the product team, designers, and adjacent technical roles.
• Mentoring developers, participating in hiring and onboarding.
• Implementation and use of AI agents in product and internal processes.
• Evaluation, implementation, and scaling of AI solutions. Ensuring observability, reliability, and manageability of AI services.

We expect you to have:

• Commercial development experience of 7+ years
• Practical use of AI agents in development processes for 1.5+ years
• Work experience at each place for at least 2.5 years
• Team management experience of 3+ years
• English level B1 or higher
• Higher technical education strictly from the following universities: MIPT, MSU, HSE, MEPhI, Bauman MSTU, RUDN, MAI, MISIS, ITMO, SPbSU, LETI, Peter the Great SPbPU, UrFU, Innopolis, SFedU, TPU, KFU, NSU, TSU, SFU, Belarusian State University, Belarusian National Technical University, Belarusian State Technological University, BSUIR, KNU Taras Shevchenko, KPI Igor Sikorsky, KPI (Kharkiv Polytechnic).

Technologies: PHP 8.x / MySQL / PostgreSQL / Redis / Elasticsearch / SQL / Linux / Git

Experience with the following will be an advantage: RabbitMQ / Go / Python / FastAPI / SQLAlchemy / Celery
