Today we are looking for an Operational Leader for a modern sports complex in Astana.

This is a role for someone who knows how to not just manage a facility, but to create a system where every detail works seamlessly: from the operation of engineering infrastructure and interaction with contractors to preparing the venue for sporting events and ensuring high service standards.

We would be pleased to meet candidates who already have management experience in: • sports facilities; • hotels; • residences and guest houses; • sanatoriums; • other facilities with high requirements for operation, safety, and service quality.

It is important for us that the future leader: ✔️ knows how to build operational processes and control their execution; ✔️ effectively manages contractors and operational services; ✔️ is attentive to details and high-quality standards; ✔️ thinks systemically, makes decisions, and takes responsibility for the result.
