Description: In a rapidly growing fintech project, we are looking for a strong and independent team lead for the customer support department for the B2B segment. Responsibilities: organize the request processing, personally manage key clients, interact with partner banks, manage bug escalations to development, prepare weekly reporting on metrics.

Tech Stack and Requirements:

· Deep understanding of payment processes (deposits, withdrawals, chargebacks, refunds) · English language — Intermediate (business correspondence)
