We are currently strengthening our local presence in Arab countries and are looking for a specialist to build a systematic local marketing approach: from market research to launching effective campaigns.

🎯 Role Mission

To create a sustainable local marketing system through:

market and competitor research working with local agencies lunching marketing activities budget and performance control

🧩 Key Tasks

📊 Research & Market Intelligence

Analysis of the local market (online/offline) Study of competitors and their strategies Search for new promotion channels Tracking trends and audience behavior Preparation of analytical conclusions and insights

🧭 Local Marketing Strategy

Adaptation of the global strategy for Arab markets Development of local campaigns Planning and coordination of launches

🤝 Agency Collaboration

Search and selection of local marketing agencies Comparison of commercial offers Conducting negotiations Task setting and performance monitoring Evaluation of contractor performance

📣 Local Activities

Organization of marketing campaigns and activations Quality control of material localization Coordination of contractors and production

📈 Analytics & Reporting

👤 Who we are looking for

✔️ Must-haves:

1–3 years of experience in marketing / communications / project work Experience working with agencies or contractors Strong research and analytical skills Ability to structure information and draw conclusions English – fluent Willingness to work from the office in Limassol

⭐ Will be a plus:

French language Arabic language Experience in iGaming / betting / fintech / regulated industries Experience with offline activations Understanding of digital marketing
