WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Business Partner Analyst for the Regional Director's team in one of our key regions. This role will be responsible for transparent unit economics and growth in profit, MAU, and margin across two countries in the region.
The role combines product and financial analytics: from P&L and funnels to supporting decisions on budgets and growth initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Financial and Business Analytics for Regions: operational P&L, unit economics analysis (CAC/CPA, ARPU/ARPPU, LTV, payback, contribution per user/segment, identification of growth points and loss-making segments), monthly and quarterly dashboards on profit, margin, MAU, and main funnels.
- MAU, Funnels, and Product Metrics: build and maintain funnels, demonstrate the impact of initiatives on MAU and revenue, monitor key product metrics, perform post-analysis of launches, experiments, and incidents.
- Support for the Regional Director and Planning: participate in budgeting and forecasting for countries, translate initiatives into figures.
- Data, Reporting, Quality: set up and develop BI dashboards for regional KPIs, ensure data quality (verification of download correctness, consistency of methodologies, unified metrics dictionary for the region), automate regular reporting and minimize manual work in Excel/Sheets.
- Ad-hoc and Decision Support: fulfill one-off analytical requests, conduct quick hypothesis checks, prepare figures and visualizations for working meetings, presentations, and internal reporting.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- 3-5 years of analytics experience: product/marketing analyst, financial analyst, BI analyst, or business analyst.
- Proficient SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets (models, scenarios, pivots, visualization), experience with BI tools.
- Experience in building and analyzing funnels, MAU/retention, CAC/CPA, LTV, and unit economics.
- Understanding of P&L, profitability, financial metrics (gross/operating margin, EBITDA), and the impact of marketing and product decisions on these indicators.
- Experience with African markets (South Africa/Nigeria/Kenya, etc.) or in international structures will be a plus.
- Strong business acumen: focus not on the report, but on the answer to what needs to be done to grow MAU and margin.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to simply explain complex numbers, defend a position based on data, write concise and clear summaries for management.
- Proactivity, independence, ability to work in uncertainty, and switch between regional tasks.
CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS
- Work in international markets.
- Support and assistance in professional growth (seminars, courses, trainings, internal training).
- Fully official salary and formal employment.
- Voluntary medical insurance with dental coverage within the first two weeks of employment (including spouse and children).
- Flexible start time for the workday.
- Paid delicious breakfasts, lunches, and coffee-points in the office.
- English language training with a corporate teacher.
- Partial compensation for sports and wellness activities (sports, yoga, swimming pool, etc.) and psychological counseling.
- Hybrid work format: 3 days a week from the office, 2 days remotely.
