🔥 Looking for Outstaff Partners - Senior AI-Native Full-Stack Developers

English requirement: Upper-Intermediate or higher

We’re expanding our engineering team and looking for outstaff companies that can provide Senior Full-Stack Developers with a primary focus on modern web development.

We’re planning to onboard around 5 developers in total. You don’t need to provide all five - we’re happy to collaborate with multiple partners, whether you have 1, 2, or more available engineers.

Developer Requirements

📌 5+ years of commercial Full-Stack development experience 📌 Strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js (or similar modern stack) 📌 Experience building scalable web applications and APIs 📌 Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL and modern databases 📌 Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, and CI/CD 📌 Ability to work independently and integrate into an existing engineering team 📌 Upper-Intermediate English or higher

⭐ Most Important

We’re specifically looking for AI-native engineers.

Developers should use AI as a core part of their daily workflow - for coding, debugging, architecture, research, testing, documentation, and accelerating delivery while maintaining high quality.

This is a must-have, not a nice-to-have.
