An international Forex company invites a CRM Manager to join the team for work in the Limassol office.

📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus 🕐 Work format: office 🌍 International team

Responsibilities:

• Work with the CRM system and client base;
• Client segmentation and database management;
• Launch and support of CRM campaigns;
• Analysis of communication effectiveness and report preparation;
• Interaction with other departments of the company to improve customer experience;
• Optimization of customer retention and activity increase processes.

Requirements:

• Experience with CRM systems;
• Experience in the Forex industry will be an advantage;
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• Ability to work with large volumes of data;
• Responsibility and organization;
• English language at a working level.

Conditions:

Fixed salary:

€2,000 at the start; €2,300 after 3 months of work; €2,500 after 1 year of work; Further salary review is possible for strong specialists.
