What we do:** Ensure the continuous operation and effective functioning of products within Sberbank Online (Mobile Applications and WEB) and IT infrastructure.
You will be responsible for supporting test and production environments, incident resolution, expert participation in the release process, as well as conducting acceptance testing.
Responsibilities
- Conducting expert assessment of releases and forming conclusions on the approval of deployments
- Implementing release deployments
- Identifying deviations from basic scenarios based on customer experience with software
- Analyzing, assessing criticality, and controlling defects
- Working with log collection and monitoring systems (Grafana, etc.)
- Supporting test and production environments
- Participating in the resolution of incidents and technological problems
- Conducting expertise on the operational characteristics of systems, participating in documentation updates
- Interacting with colleagues from different departments to comprehensively resolve emerging deviations
- Participating in ensuring and developing the reliability and stability of automated systems.
Requirements
- Experience in supporting automated systems using OpenShift, Docker, k8s, Kafka, Nginx
- Experience with log collection and monitoring systems (ELK stack, Splunk, Grafana, etc.)
- Knowledge of HTTP(S), REST technologies
- Understanding of modern software development methodologies
- Understanding of ITIL standards
- Knowledge of modern architectural patterns
- Analytical skills, stress resistance, and communication skills.
Will be a plus:
- Experience using Jenkins, GitLab, or other CI/CD tools
- Experience using BitBucket, Git, or other version control systems
- Experience using Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience working in ITSM
- Automation experience: writing scripts in Python or Bash
- Understanding of computer networks, routing, DMZ, LAN, firewall, NAT, OSI model
- Experience with SQL queries and procedures, administration of SQL servers. Understanding of DBMS principles.
