Will do:

• Actively attract and onboard new merchants, with a primary focus on driving merchant traffic across Europe;
• Manage negotiations, presentations, and commercial offers;
• Support clients through the full cycle - from first contact to onboarding;
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and tech teams for smooth client launches;
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs;
• Work in a fast-paced environment with short timelines and quick onboarding cycles.

Required:

• B2B sales experience in fintech, payments or high-risk segment is a strong advantage;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills;
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines;
• Self-organization, proactivity, and result-orientation;
• Fluent English;
• Existing network of “warm” industry contacts will be an advantage.
