System Administrator / IT Support Engineer 💻
📍 Location: Cyprus
🕐 Format: Full-time, 5/2, office

🚀 Responsibilities:
- Procurement, accounting, and issuance of equipment (laptops, monitors, peripherals)
- Maintenance of the IT asset database (serial numbers, statuses, responsible persons)
- Planning of equipment upgrades and replacements
- Ensuring stable network and internet operation
- Configuration and support of network equipment (Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
- Monitoring and resolving network incidents
- User support (helpdesk, solving technical problems)
- Employee onboarding and offboarding (access setup, equipment issuance/return)
- Installation and configuration of OS (macOS, Windows) and work software
- License management
- Administration of services: Google Workspace, Slack, Miro
- Configuration of accesses, groups, security policies
- Documentation of processes and solutions
- Automation of routine tasks and improvement of IT processes
🎯 Requirements:
- Experience as a System Administrator / IT Support / IT Administrator
- Experience in user support and solving technical problems
- Experience administering macOS and Windows
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, or similar
- Basic understanding of networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, routing)
- Will be a plus: automation experience, MDM experience, understanding of information security fundamentals
- English: A2–B1
