We are currently looking for an experienced 1C developer to help us with a large-scale migration project.

Responsibilities:

• Design of the 1C:ZUP landscape (analysis of pros/cons of a single database vs. a branch structure/RIB). Approval of the system's architectural passport.
• Development of integrations with corporate ERP, AD (SSO/SAML), BI systems, and ED) operators. Compliance control with FZ-152 and internal information security policies.
• Decomposition of BOSS objects, writing technical specifications for data conversion (KD 3.0). Development of automated tests (unit/integration tests based on 1C:Tester or Vanessa Automation) to check balance after transfer.
• Team management, Code-review, technical debt management, task decomposition for 2-3 developers and consultants, deadline estimation.
• Identification and elimination of bottlenecks during mass operations.

Our expectations:

• At least 6 years of experience in 1C ZUP.
• Proven track record of full-cycle projects on 1C:ZUP CORP.
• Experience replacing third-party systems (preferably "BOSS-Kadrovik" specifically) with 1C.
• Code optimization skills: reading SQL query plans, tracing, indexing.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Setting up CI/CD pipelines for 1C (e.g., Jenkins/GitLab + Packman/Vanessa).
• Holding 1C:Platform Specialist or Technology Expert certificates.
• Experience working in companies with high information security requirements (working in a protected environment, using tokens).
