We are currently looking for an experienced 1C developer to help us with a large-scale migration project.
What you will be doing:
- Designing the 1C:ZUP landscape (analyzing the pros/cons of a unified database versus a branch structure/RIB). Approving the system's architectural passport.
- Developing integrations with corporate ERP, AD (SSO/SAML), BI systems, and electronic document management operators. Ensuring compliance with Federal Law-152 and internal information security policies.
- Decomposing BOSS objects, writing technical specifications for data conversion (KD 3.0). Developing automated tests (unit/integration tests based on 1C:Tester or Vanessa Automation) to verify balance reconciliation after transfer.
- Managing a team, Code-review, managing technical debt, decomposing tasks for 2-3 developers and consultants, estimating deadlines.
- Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks in mass operations.
Our expectations:
- At least 6 years of experience in 1C ZUP.
- Proven track record of full-cycle projects on 1C:ZUP CORP.
- Experience replacing third-party systems (preferably "BOSS-Kadrovik" specifically) with 1C.
- Code optimization skills: reading SQL query plans, tracing, indexing.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Setting up CI/CD pipelines for 1C (e.g., Jenkins/GitLab + Packman/Vanessa).
- Holding 1C:Platform Specialist or Technology Expert certificates.
- Experience working in companies with high information security requirements (working in a secure environment, using tokens).
