We invite a Lead 1C Consultant to join the Novabev Info Tech team — an accredited IT company within Novabev Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation and technical support to users in the process of operating 1C:ZUP;
- Conduct user training on working with 1C:ZUP, provide consultation on accounting issues, and assist in resolving emerging problems;
- Collect and analyze customer requirements for 1C:ZUP functionality;
- Develop instructions, methodological materials, and technical documentation for users and administrators of 1C:ZUP;
- Interact with 1C developers on configuration enhancements and settings, participate in testing new functionalities;
- Analyze and resolve accounting errors, provide recommendations for optimizing work with the program.
Key Candidate Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of the 1C:ZUP program,
- Understanding of the principles of working with labor and payroll accounting data, as well as the ability to configure the program for the needs of a specific enterprise and train users on how to work with it;
- Communication and systemic thinking skills, as well as the ability to analyze and describe business processes.
