We are launching a new educational product for experienced product managers and entrepreneurs in the field of AI products, and we are looking for an expert to create the course program together with a methodologist.
We are looking for an expert with practical experience working with AI products or AI features, who understands the capabilities and limitations of modern AI approaches and can explain complex topics in a simple and practical way.

What does the author do?
- Creates materials for new courses in a team with other authors, methodologists, editors, illustrators, and program product managers.
- Writes lesson texts that maintain students' interest in learning.
- Improves existing content based on feedback from students, support experts, and editors.
- Develops additional materials (trainers, checklists, tests, cheat sheets, quizzes) and test assignments to check knowledge.
- Proposes ideas on how to improve material assimilation.
- Participates in program design.
What do we expect from you?
- More than 3 years of experience working on AI products as a Product Manager.
- Deep understanding of modern AI approaches, their capabilities and limitations: understanding the principles of operation of modern models; ability to assess in which scenarios the use of AI is truly justified; understanding of technological and business limitations of AI solutions; knowledge of AI implementation economics: development, inference, and support costs.
- Good familiarity with Generative AI: knowledge of key tools, product approaches, and UX patterns; understanding of market best practices; acquaintance with successful and unsuccessful cases of AI/ML solution implementation.
- Ability to transform business tasks into AI products: determine which task a model should solve; assess the availability, quality, and sufficiency of data; understand the impact of AI solutions on product and business metrics.
- Understanding of AI infrastructure and market ecosystem: knowledge of key technologies, providers, and tools; understanding of architectural features of AI products.
- Experience in evaluating the quality of AI solutions: understanding of model and product metrics; ability to compare model versions and interpret results; ability to find a balance between quality, speed of operation, and cost; ability to define criteria for successful results for a specific case.
- Understanding of AI security and responsible implementation issues: knowledge of risks associated with the use of AI agents; understanding of privacy and data protection requirements; acquaintance with legal and regulatory limitations in the field of AI.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with ML/DS teams: setting tasks, participating in the selection of approaches/models, ability to speak the same language.
- Understanding of basic ML principles and model metrics (at a level sufficient for discussing trade-offs).
- Experience in improving the quality of models/systems: diagnosing reasons for degradation, levers for improvement, offline evaluation, retraining/fine-tuning.
- General understanding of ML infrastructure and lifecycle (data pipeline, monitoring, retraining).
