We are looking for a DWH Analyst to work on a large banking project. The main goal of the project is to develop and enhance the bank's Unified Data Warehouse (UDW) to improve its performance, reliability, and functionality.
Your tasks:
- Analyze data sources, unify/connect sources to DDS
- Form data marts in the DMT layer
- Test developed data marts
- Write project documentation (Technical Specification/Source-to-Target mapping)
What we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience as an analyst in a Bank's data warehouse
- Understanding of data warehouse architecture (ODS, DDS, DMT)
- Experience with data modeling (Data Vault)
- SQL – advanced level (groupings, joins, subqueries, window functions, ability to navigate queries of 1000+ lines)
- Experience in building data marts: data mart prototyping, data mart testing
- Experience in forming requirements for software development (Technical Specification, Source-to-Target mapping)
- Experience interviewing clients, gathering requirements for data marts
Will be a plus:
- Experience connecting sources to DDS
- Experience with Greenplum
- Experience with Airflow
