🚀 What you will be doing:
- Connecting and configuring PSPs via DevCode and direct integrations with payment providers;
- Monitoring and optimizing the payment cascade for each region (routings, fallbacks, rules), improving payment success rates;
- Testing PSPs (finding bugs, analyzing defects, assigning tasks to developers);
- Maintaining constant communication with existing PSPs to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities, troubleshoot and resolve payment-related issues;
- Analyzing customer payment errors;
- Regularly preparing reports and metrics on payment success rates.
🕒 Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in online payments (gambling, betting, e-commerce), including payment system integration and cascade configuration.
- Experience with platforms PaymentIQ, Corefy, Praxis, Payneteasy, Gate2way, ApcoPay, configuring payment systems, cascades, and anti-fraud rules.
- Traffic analysis, transaction issue resolution, report generation for internal users.
- Interaction with payment providers, developers, and internal teams to improve processes.
- Responsibility, stress resistance, proactivity, analytical mindset, ability to organize processes and adapt to new tasks.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
