As part of the digital transformation of ADM GLOBAL, an IT company is creating a centralized department responsible for the development and support of all group projects.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business tasks into architectural and technical solutions
- Develop AI products, integrations, new channels, and data sources
- Define affected components, APIs, contracts, data models, and business semantics
- Decompose development into verifiable tasks for AI coding agents
- Verify generated code, conduct code reviews, testing, and release changes
- Be responsible for stability, security, and the final result
Requirements:
- Industrial development experience of 3+ years
- Background in data analytics, BI, or system analysis
- Ability to work with business requirements, metrics, data models, and integration contracts
- Hands-on prompt engineering experience: designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for LLMs, building multi-step AI flows, and achieving stable response quality
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, tool calling, structured outputs, and MCP
- Proficient knowledge of TypeScript or Python, API, SQL, Git, CI/CD, and automated testing
- Understanding of modern language models, LLM limitations, and methods for improving generation quality
- System thinking, independence, and responsibility for the entire product
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in creating and optimizing complex prompts for various AI scenarios (reasoning, extraction, generation, classification)
- Experience in creating evals, guardrails, and quality control for AI responses
- Experience with React, Telegram bots, BI platforms, and semantic layers
