Lead Backend Developer (PHP, Laravel)

We are looking for a Lead Backend Developer who will take charge of the team and architecture.

What's important:

• 7+ years of PHP
• Laravel (required)
• Highload / API experience
• Team leadership experience or strong mentoring
• English B2 or higher
• Must have experience — ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access)

What to do:

• Lead the team (5 backend developers)
• Make architectural decisions
• Work with highload APIs
• Develop and optimize products

Role format: ~60% management / 40% code

Projects: VPN products (B2B), API for applications, Telegram bots, CRM
